Our running sessions take place at Harvey Hadden Stadium on the athletics track:
What do the sessions involve?
Depending on the time of year we do intervals of various distances to match upcoming races. Geared towards shorter distances at the start of the season and longer distances towards the end.
Once the race season is over around October we switch to circuits and conditioning work to bullet proof you for next year!
